Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 29, 2026

This policy explains what personal information Operating Engine collects through operatingengine.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have. Operating Engine is operated by Yeti Technologies ("Operating Engine," "we," "us").

This policy covers our website and the forms on it. It does not cover the Operating Engine platform or client services, which are governed by the agreements we sign with each client.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a demo or contact us, we collect what you enter in the form. That may include your name, email address, company name, job title, company size, revenue range, industry, country, and your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting provider and the tools we use may collect technical data. This includes your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring page, and the date and time of your visit.

Information from cookies. Some of this data is collected through cookies and similar technologies. See "Cookies and analytics" below.

We do not ask for sensitive information, such as government ID numbers, financial account numbers, or health information, through this site. Please don't include it in form messages.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your demo request or message
  • Evaluate whether Operating Engine is a fit for your business and follow up about our services
  • Send you updates about Operating Engine, if you agree to receive them (you can unsubscribe at any time)
  • Run, secure, and improve the website
  • Understand how visitors use the site
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them to keep the site working and, where enabled, to understand how visitors use it. We use these providers:

  • Webflow hosts the site and serves pages. It sets essential cookies for security and site function.
  • HubSpot powers our forms and tracks visits so we can connect form submissions to site activity. It sets analytics cookies such as hubspotutk, __hstc, __hssc, and __hssrc.
  • Google Analytics measures traffic and how visitors use the site. It sets analytics cookies such as _ga and _ga_*.
  • jsDelivr delivers code libraries for page animations. It does not set cookies, but it receives your IP address when files load.

Your choices. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on. The site will still work if you block analytics cookies. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where the law requires it.

How we share information

We share personal information only in these cases:

  • Yeti. Operating Engine is a product of Yeti Technologies, which operates this site. Information you give Operating Engine may be used across Operating Engine and Yeti, for example to send you Yeti updates or invite you to Yeti events.
  • Service providers. Companies that help us run the site and our business, such as Webflow (hosting), HubSpot (forms and customer relationship management), and Google (analytics). They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Legal reasons. When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Operating Engine, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. If Operating Engine is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that deal.
  • With your consent. In any other case where you ask us to or agree that we can.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we're legally required to keep it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No website or online service is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

  • Know and access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct information that is inaccurate
  • Delete your personal information
  • Opt out of marketing emails, using the unsubscribe link in any email
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we don't sell or share it, but you can still ask)
  • Not be discriminated against for using any of these rights

In the past 12 months, we collected identifiers (such as name and email), professional information (such as company and job title), and internet activity data (such as pages visited), for the purposes described in this policy. We have not sold or shared personal information.
